Prime Street, LLC (“PrimeStreet”, “we”, or “us”) connects prospective home buyers and sellers, who have expressly opted in to being connected, with third parties such as real estate agents and brokers to facilitate real estate and other transactions.  We provide this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect from or about visitors to our website, how we use it, and who we share it with, along with the rights and choices you may have with respect to your information.  This Privacy Policy applies to and any of our other websites that link to this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, forms an integral and binding part of our relationship with you. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.  If you object to our data collection practices or any of the provisions in this Privacy Policy, your choice is to stop using our website.

Updates and Effective Date

From time to time, we may update this policy to reflect changes in the function of the website or changes in our technology and use of data.  If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that materially reduces your rights or significantly changes the way we use or share your data, we will notify you via a banner or similar display on our website. If you object to any of the changes we make, your choice is to stop using our website. By continuing to use this website following our posting of such changes, you agree to our Privacy Policy as modified.

Real Estate Professionals

We provide current and prospective clients (i.e., real estate professionals) with several tools to identify and connect with prospective home buyers and sellers, which may involve the collection of information from current or prospective clients that visit our website.  However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to such individuals.  Instead, if you are a client of PrimeStreet, such as a real estate agent or broker using our services, how we use and disclose your personal information will be governed by the terms of our service agreements.

Automatic Collection

As you navigate through and interact with our website, we may use automatic data collection technologies (including cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other similar technologies) to collect certain information about your device, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the website; and
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and may include personally identifiable information. This information helps us to improve our website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our website according to your individual interests;
  • Speed up your searches; and
  • Recognize you when you return to our website.

Do-Not-Track Signals

Certain websites and other technology can track their users over time to, for instance, provide targeted advertising. Do Not Track ("DNT") mechanisms allow Internet users to control, and where desired, prevent, the tracking of their online activities across such websites and technology. Currently, various Internet browsers offer a DNT option that sends signals to websites visited by the browser about the users DNT preference - you can usually access your browser's DNT option in your browser's preferences.  Specifically, as DNT relates to your use of our website, we currently do not have the capability to recognize or respond to web browser Do Not Track signals and other similar mechanisms. Instead, as described in this Privacy Policy, you can manage how your information can be used by us and/or third-party service providers.

Use of Information

We primarily use your information to respond to your request or otherwise fulfill or meet the reason for which the information is provided to us.  For example, if you request to be connected with a real estate professional, we will use the information you provide to first contact you directly to learn more about your real estate goals and help identify the real estate professional best suited for your needs and then connect you with one or more real estate professionals.  Please note that the use of your information by the real estate professional(s) with whom you are connected is not governed by this Privacy Policy.

Providing & Improving Our Services

We also may use information collected from or about any website visitor to provide and improve our website, including to analyze website traffic and troubleshoot technical issues.

Other Uses

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personally identifiable information, as follows:

  • To contact you about our services that may be of interest to you;
  • To manage our relationship with you, such as asking you to take a survey or provide feedback on our services;

Disclosure of Your Information

We disclose your information to third party service providers, such as real estate professionals, when you request or instruct us to do so.  For example, after we contact you to discuss your real estate goals, we will share your information with one or more real estate professionals that we feel are best suited to meet your needs.

We also may disclose information that we collect about you or that you provide us, including any personally identifiable information, as described in this Privacy Policy, as follows:

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them (e.g., companies that process credit card information, analyze data, and provide search results and links);
  • In connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business for the purpose of evaluating and/or performing the proposed transaction (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings). These purposes may include, as examples, permitting such parties to determine whether to proceed or continue with the transaction, fulfilling any reporting or audit requirements to such parties, and/or disclosing personal information as part of concluding a sale or transfer of assets. Our successors and assigns may collect, use and disclose your personally identifiable information for substantially the same purposes as those set out in this Privacy Policy. In the event the transaction does not go through, we will require, by contract, the other party or parties to the transaction not to use or disclose your personally identifiable information in any manner whatsoever for any purpose, and to return or destroy such personally identifiable information;
  • To unaffiliated third parties when we believe its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other unaffiliated third parties in connection with fraud protection and credit risk reduction; and/or
  • To comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.

We may also disclose without restriction aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify an individual.
